I planned a trip to the Winnebago factory in Forest City, Iowa for some warranty repairs on My Revel Van and to check off some places I had never been. Plus I needed to get into the eclipse path of totality! First stop was Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky!

There were a dozen or more tours available, most requiring advance reservations. They ranged from simple walking in the main cave to hours long tours crawling on your belly with caving equipment and lights on your head to see where you were!

Next stop was the eclipse and a party!

While in Iowa, everyone ask me if I had been to the Grotto, I had no idea what they were talking about – WOW!
